Hi, I have two questions:
First, I logged in and paid for FireShot Pro with Alipay (email: yangzhee@gmail.com, payment id: 093708957979), but I can't use FireShot Pro. Then, I logged in with zhiyuan081632@gmail.com and paid again, and now I can use FireShot Pro. Could you refund the first payment? Second, when I use the FireShot API and run demo2.htm, I get the following message: "The library could not connect to the FireShot extension. Would you like to open the troubleshooting page?" How can I solve this problem? |
