Pro Features not installing

Question

I have followed the install instructions (close all browser instances, install FireShot pro) multiple times including full computer reboots. However, every time when it goes to the "FireShot Pro activation" page it fails when "Checking Pro features...". Help?

Running FireShot 1.12.18 on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit in Chrome 118.0.5993.118.

Hello, It seems like the Pro features cannot be activated because your system locks the executable fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe, and it cannot be run automatically by the browse. Please check your corporate policies / anti-virus logs to find the cause of the problem. P.S. The following folder and all executables inside of it should be enabled for running: %appdata%\FireShot

The Lite version does not use the Pro plugin, so it works out of the box. How to check if the Pro plugin is not activated - in the main FireShot menu you see an item 'Install advanced features'.
