In the first days when I installed the Chrome plugin, it used to work, but now it takes the screenshot and the buttons "Save as image" and "Save as PDF" are disabled and cannot be clicked. Maybe because I have upgraded to the latest stable Chrome recently (42.0.2311.90-1). |

Then the reason why it stopped working is because Google deprecated NPAPI on Chrome 42. |

Are you on Mac on Windows? For Windows you can install the advanced features in two clicks from the FireShot's menu and you will not need Flash to keep using FireShot. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I have just discovered what happened. If your browser is configured to block plugins by default, in Chrome 42 it starts blocking plugins by default on chrome-extension:// pages too. Probably many other users are affected by this new Chrome behaviour.
Thank you for your attention! |

The only solution is to add the URL chrome-extension://mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg/fsCaptured.html to the list of exceptions manually at chrome://chrome/settings/contentExceptions#plugins |
