FireShot screenshot extension API- Capability Question

Question

I have looked at the fireshot API, but was unclear whether the following is a capability:

1. One of my users would provide a URL. This is a URL outside of my domain.
2. I would make a call to FIRESHOT to capture the entire page.
3. The captured file would automatically be saved on my server.

Is this something that can be done with the API?

Yes, this can be done. There's a method that allows you to call the 'Upload' dialog. There's an option at the bottom of the dialog 'Display this dialog only when Shift is pressed' - you'll need to utilize it if you want to upload silently. https://getfireshot.com/api.php#demo2
