FIRESHOT CRASHED COMPLETELY

I bought the premium version, so I hope you will help me, because it has stopped working entirely.

Plugin version: 0.98.70
OS: MS Windows 7
Browser: Fireshot 37.0.1

Bug: Fireshot "capture" function not working at all. Not for selected area, entire page, or anything. Not for save, edit, etc. Not working AT ALL. On any web page.

Hello, did yoy try to reinstall it? Can you open preferences? Any errors in the error console? I can provide support to you via TeamViewer. This app is free and does not require installation. According to my experience, it's the fastest way of solving problems remotely.

It should work, I'm sure. There are more than 300000 users of FireShot in Firefox, so if a new version has a bug, I'm the first person who knows about it. Nothing dangerous according to the latest version.
