Website screenshot with Keys

I know I have used this before, but I can not find what key combination captures the screen when using fireshot in IE.   It helps me capture dropdown hoverovers.  I don't see where I can set the key combination either.  I belive it was something alt shift ctrl Z.

Also, is there a way to duplicate a screenshot that has been already taken?  Basically, I find myself editing a screenshot, but I also want to keep a copy of the original so I always take double screenshots.  Instead I would like to be able to point at a screen in my list and duplicate it before I start editing it.  That way when I store my project, I can always go back and have an original to duplicate again and make edits again.
