Unable to login in to Premium support for years now!!! Have a KEY and Fireshot pro.

As stated in the topic title I have a Pro key and have been complaining to you for several years about not being able to access premium support! My key activates Fireshot pro, and has been doing so for many years. WHY will you NOT help with this. My login works and always has. To add insult to injury, your latest version just loaded into my Firefox extensions: Now after a capture, I cannot exit the capture page after saving. I get an endless recapture loop that requires that I close the entire page.

Correction: FF47.
The primary issue is logging into premium support. I posted this in the public section. Whenever I try to login to the premium support, it rolls back to the login page with the reminder that the premium section of this forum is for licensed users. I have no issues with my login credentials when logging onto this forum, or activating updated Fireshot versions that don't remember my license key for the Pro features. That works OK. When I click on premium support, it always asks for my key. Yes, the key is entered correctly. Your help is greatly appreciated. Rs9 |
