Full page screenshot too dark

I just hit the button to capture a screen, FireShot (00.98.88) updated and then the captured area goes to the printer with a dark shade and not a white background. This happens across multiple sites..

What happens if you save it to PNG? Can you attach a sample please?

Herb, please remove FireShot manually, then close Firefox and perform installation.

I suspect, you're using a portable version of Firefox. Can you install from this link: https://screenshot-program.com/dloads/fireshot_signed_98_89.xpi ?
