We are having an issue where, in Chrome, when we try to do a multi-tab capture output to a PDF, a blank PDF is generated with no pages. Single-page capture seems to work just fine when saving to PDF but for some reason, multi-tab capture is not saving to PDF.
Technical info: Fireshot extension version 0.98.97 OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Chrome 78.0.3904.97 Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Chrome 2) Open multiple tabs 3) Click FireShot plugin 4) Click Capture all tabs and... 5) Click Save as PDF Web URL causing problem: there is no specific URL. We have this issue with any pages. |
