links from ancestry don't work in acrobat--screenshots with pro in chrome and edge

cannot get fireshot pro (0-98-97-2 for windows 10) capture in either edge or latest chrome to have clickable links in acrobat--how make links work? have updated acrobat settings to allow links. these are downloads from ancestry.
