| I had purchased a lifetime license some time ago and have been using Fireshot perfectly, and now suddenly I cannot see all the functions I previously had - can someone please tell me how to recapture (or enter my lifetime license number) so it all comes back? I don't see why I would need to purchase another lifetime license (as that makes no sense!). | ||
