Fireshot on Chrome not functioning, Firefox is ok

Fireshot works perfectly on Firefox, but won't operate properly on Chrome.
Chrome only provides: Capture Selection save as PDF. Pulldown menu for scans does not appear, but a right click on mouse shows a minimal menu. Problem happens with every URL I have reinstalled Fireshot with same result. Switch to Pro option does not appear in pulldown menu.
