FireShot Pop-up Error on Chrome Start-up

Question

Once I open Chrome, I see a pop-up error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.". I close it and it pops-up two more times. This happens every time I open Chrome for the first time, and each successful open after shutting down all Chrome sessions.

Version 2.0.2.1
Windows 10 Pro (v22H2 - Build 19045 4780)
Google Chrome 128.0.6613.86
