Filename template function not working correctly

Question

Current template is set at %y.%m.%d (H%.%M.%S) %e (%t)

However the file name turns out like this example:

2024.08.29 (10.55.04) www.amazon.com - ()

Nothing shows up for "Page title"

This is consistent for every page.
