Capture All Tabs is not working in Chrome or Firefox

I've used Fireshot for a long time just to capture a single tab. I just tried to use it to "Capture all tabs and ... Save as a single PDF" but it is not working for me in Chrome or Firefox. I admit I've never used this feature before so maybe there is a setting messed up somewhere. I've tried to open it in the "Edit" or "Save" or "Save to OneNote" but none of these options seem to work either. Fireshot goes through each tab and it looks like it is capturing each one, but no dialog pops up to save it like it does for just a single tab. Please help. Thanks!
