Cannot capture full page

Question

I'm trying to capture the full page but an error always occurs.
Plugin version: FireShot Pro for Chrome v.1.12.18 (64-bit)
OS type and version:Mac Ventura 13.5.1
Version of browser:Chrome Version 116.0.5845.140（Official Build） (64-bit)、Firefox Version 117.0 (64-bit)　　※It crashes either way

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open the page
2. Click on FireShot icon and select Capture entire page
3. The scroll starts, but after several minutes, it crashes, and the captured page does not display. An error message appears, saying, "A problem occurred while displaying this web page." Capturing works for some parts, but when attempting the entire page, the same error consistently occurs.

Webpage URL causing this problem: It is password protected, so it isn't open in the Web

Browser restart does not help. Please advice...

Hello. According to the info you provided, it seems like that you're trying to capture a long page, and you're getting limited by system resources (RAM). Unfortunately, there's nothing to do with FireShot, because this is a lacking resource problem. P.S. Safari is a built-in browser in MacOS, so it can handle resources much effectively, can you please try it?
