Hello,
I don't have Fireshot Pro capabilities on either Chrome or Safari browsers despite activating my Pro license on each. Please tell me how to enable Pro on both browsers. Thank you. Plugin version (both Chrome & Safari) FireShot 1.12.18 Mac Ventura 13.5.1 Chrome 116.0.5845.110, Safari 16.6 I just purchased a FireShot Pro license and used the link that came with my license email to activate the software in Chrome and got the Pro welcome screen. I used the same link to activate the license in Safari and got the Lite welcome screen. Both browsers show that FireShot is licensed to me. FireShot menus on both browsers lack the Pro pull down (First item - Capture entire page & edit), instead they show the unlicensed pull down (First item - Capture selection).
