Automatic scroll down for Full page screen capture or for capture selection is not working

Question

:o I just bought, downloaded and installed the latest version of Fireshot Pro. Browser is the latest version of Chrome. Version 72.0.3626.121 OS is Windows 10. The automatic scroll down did work (positive) for a several weeks and suddenly decided to stop working. That basically kills the value of your extension. Please help

Thank you for your feedback. Is this problem specific to some website, or does it happen to all websites? If this problem happens only to some URLs, can you please provide a link?

Thank you for pointing at this problem - I can clearly see the problem in GA in my account. Seems like a new capturing method must be introduced for such kind of pages (having IFRAME elements). I think, we'll include a fix to GA into one of the next updates.
