Trial expired after entering license key

Question

Plugin: FireShot for firefox 0.87 - OS: Win7 - Firefox: 3.6.13

We purchased the fireshot for firefox pro license, but we cannot switch to pro version.

We tried the pro version, after the trial was expired, we bought a license, but when we enter the license key, the program says 'You've succesfully switched to pro version', but the program still isn't the pro version and shows the 'FireShot Pro triale expired' dialog.

1) After entering license key

Sorry for not instant replying here. This is a bug in Firefox with not hiding the menu elements after entering the code. First screenshot is OK and it shows that you have FireShot completely accepted your key. Simply do not select 'Switch to Pro' once again - you already have the Pro version. How to check this? Just open the Editor and press About button. Hope this helps. P.S. Lifetime support works via e-mail and when the code is attached to the request. P.S1. Hope this bug will be fixed in Firefox 4.
