When user selects an area with the "Select" tool, then clicks on "Annotate", it creates the [Text, Arrow, Shape] elements. But to type text, we need to click in the Text area, moreover, close enough to the center to be able to activate the cusor for typing comment.
Idea: once created the 3 elements, automatically selects the Text element for typing, because it's 99.9999% of the time what the user wants to do. |

| I guess this will have a lot of variables when creating it. I think this would be too much work for its cost but would be a nice one to have. | ||
