Capturing whole website page for large web pages doesn't seem to work

Question

I just upgraded and purchased Fireshot mainly because of the ability to capture the entire page. Typically I need it for long pages full of images (can't give url because I have to log-in to see it). Capturing the visible area and browsing window have no problems. But sometimes (most times) it doesn't capture the entire page. There is no error message, it just does nothing - for all the actions (edit, copy to clipboard, etc.) Nothing seems to happen. It seemed to work a few times out of the blue with certain pages after I kept trying.

Note, capturing the entire page for other websites (with smaller page sizes) seem to work. That would lead to believe that there could be an issue with my particular website. But it does work on some of the pages so I know that Fireshot is definitely capable with the site. So I'm wondering if there are any limitations with Fireshot on certain sites? I noticed in a previous thread that there was a limitation if the site uses Flash. My particular site does not.

I'm using Fireshot for IE 0.86, IE 8, Windows Vista Home Premium

Actually no FS limitations known for me. If you save this long webpage to disk, does FireShot work ok with it? If not, can you send it me?
