I have a Mac OSx and cannot get fireshot0.68 to work. When I try to take the picture it makes a clicking noise but the says an error:Typeerror.components.classes [cid] has no properties. Does anyone know what this means

| Try the latest version, just the trial version. I think this is already resolved. | ||
