Fireshot Pro.69 (Trial version)
Vista Home Premium SP1 English Firefox 3.0.8 Took screenshot. Clicked on email - msg comes up 'Email Screenshots' with choices to tick. Regardless of what I tick on this and save, nothing happens. NO email page comes up .... |

Which mail client are you using?

Like Outlook Express, Windows Mail is a Simple MAPI client, not a Full MAPI client.
