Pop-Up 'Save As / Save To' dialogue box opens in a +/- 250% mode

Question

When I save screen to a PDF, either the entire page or visible image, the pop-up 'Save As / Save To' always opens in a 'zoomed' font of at least 250%. This makes it difficult to scroll to the folder or location to which the file is to be saved. What can I do to make this pop-up box open in the same standard font as the rest of the data on the screen?
