Hello.
One of our clients had the same problem. He solved it by installing a full OneNote version (not the online installation). I'm putting the solution below: Quote: On both my desktop and my laptop I could not get FireShot to Send to OneNote with the web installer for Office 365 x86_64 (64-bit). The solution was to download the offline installation ISO, which contains both x86 (32-bit)and x86_64 (64-bit). After mounting the ISO as a drive, execute Setup and choose the 64-bit install (it defaults to 32-bit). The offline installer actually installs OneNote as a conventional application. The web installer buries the executable elsewhere (ProgramData, I think). I suspect that that is why FireShot cannot find the path to OneNote as it is located in an unconventional place. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I purchased your software in particular because it promised it has the option to send to OneNote. Sadly it doesn't work. It's strange the customer has to fix this problem and re-install Onenote! It should have been mentioned prior to the purchase. It would also help to share the URL to download the offline installation ISO and how to mount the ISO as a drive. |

Hello Dutch. I've just created a clean Win 10 instance and installed OneNote 2016 (using this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2110341). I've got it working, so I can confirm - even a clean typical installation should work as intended.
I'll be happy to have a short debug session at your PC to find the cause of your problem and fix it. I prefer using TeamViewer for - please let me know, what do you think? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
