I took a screen shot and saved with extension .jpg and .bmp. When I try to open those images, I get 'No preview available' error message. Did anyone have this problem? |

Hi Swati,
Try this. SAVE FireShot image as (for example) 'FireShot capture Firefox.jpg' but be sure to elect JPEG as filetype and add the extension '.jpg' or '.jpeg' or '.JPG' etc., then the normal fileviewer will display it. So will photo-editing apps like PhotoShop and PhotoStudio. ~ Jack |
