| I accepted a trialpay promotion to upgrade but the link provided to download Fireshot Pro is not functional (https://screenshot-program.com/fireshot.xpi ). Browser cannot find file, or cannot open it. You shouldn't work with partners that can't fulfil your promise AND won't provide support for the full transaction. Please notify alternate link ASAP | ||

| Works fine if you are using firefox - which you neglected to mention in the trial pay instructions! Does not work in IE. I have loaded it OK into Firefox, but since I use it in IE this is not very useful. When I try to use the license code in IE, it tells me the license key is invalid. | ||

How difficult do you plan to make this process??!! What's the point of making an offer that promises to take one hour and is now heading towards three days?? |

Here is the response from Trial Pay....seems that your team IS the one that can fix this problem after all.

I am sorry I was mistaken about the code being valid for the IE version of FireShot; however, through TrialPay we do have offers for both versions of FireShot, so it appears that you may have accessed the wrong product. You completed an offer to get a license for FireShot Pro for Firefox, and that is what we sent you - I am sorry that it is not the right product for you. I apologize, but we are unable to transfer the credit for the completion of one offer to a different product, as the transaction has already been conducted through our partners. If we open a new order, we'll be issuing you a new license without getting a referral credit back, so I'm afraid it's just not possible. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but it would be up to the discretion of the FireShot support team to decide whether or not they would like to give you a new key for the IE version in good faith. You have NOT kept your end of the deal - meanwhile I'm still without an IE licence that works, and have committed to the Trial as per instructions. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE |
