Missing folder.

Question

I have a major problem with the latest version of FireShot which I just downloaded and installed multiple times tonight. If I click on the red S I get a message saying 'Failed to get access to folder C:\documents and settings\myname\application data\fireshot\publish'. I also get this message if I click the down arrow next to the Red S and do a capture, edit, crop, and then try to SAVE it. Checking with Windows explorer the message is correct because the folder fireshot does not exist. I am using XP Home Edition SP3, English. Firefox v 3.0.10. Plugin version have no idea but it is the latest one on your site. I have this problem in both Firefox and IE. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you create the path specified manually? Looks like FireShot has not permissions on to do it.

Ah, this is simple: you create missing folders yourself ('create folder' in windows explorer)
