online order for 3 licenses placed on https://www.screenshot-program.com on
December 15, 2010 and processed by Avangate as the authorized vendor of ScreenShot Studio products has been successfully completed (order reference number: 8316161). Loaded screenshot but would only capture the screen not the entire web page. What we needed was fireshot. Employees downloaded Fireshot thinking it would also work with the same license but was only a 30 day trial. Fireshot is not accepting the license key. What do we need to do to make this work for us? |
