i have a licensed copy of fireshot for ie. i am using ie8, windows 7. clicking capture brings up edit screen, i crop capture & click save. dialog asks to name file & where to save, i name file "ZZZ" & pick "my pictures", editor closes and opens my user file screen with My Documents highlighted, but it does not save the capture.
searching for the name i gave the capture produces "no file". what is wrong? |
