I downloaded the trial version of Screen Shot Studio on 1/27/2011 at 3:43 pm PST and installed on my PC running Windows XP SP3 English, FireFox 3.6.13, and FireShot (version unknown, downloaded on 1/27/2011).
When I attempted to access ScreenShotStudio on 1/31/2011, I received a message that my 30 day trial has expired! VERY DISTRESSING, to say the least! Can something be done to restore my trial period? Contact email: |
