I've used another product that can capture the webpage and the live links on that page as well.
Bottom line: I want your software to capture the links on the webpage as well and have the links work on the image. Thanks! |

Windows 7 64 Firefox 44.x Adobe Acrobat (X) tool «Create PDF» can't be used any longer in FF higher than 43 due to the lack of a appropriate signiture. I'm despirately searching for a PDF tool now that is able to picking up all "active" elements like links (and if available data fields and more). I've used FireShot Pro for a while for many other purpuses and would love to use it also for my way of «low cost archives» of websites, while only capturing the pages with its active elements - useable on all computers, easy to print or to be viewed offline. I discovered that the FireShot Add-on for Google Chrome is already able to pick up life links, but not the FF and IE versions. When can I expect to use de feature also in FF? Best, Rolf |

I also came here to ask about live links becoming part of the PDF output. PDF formats allow for this. I enjoy the FireShot because it can preserve a webpage that may not be available later, so I can refer to it. A big part of the usefulness is the hope that captured pages retain the embedded hotlinks.
Perhaps parsing the ads and other clutter introduces complexity, but I think a BIG part of the embedded links would be caught with a simple approach. Why not take an attempt at the enhancement with an appropriate warning about completeness. Add it as an option in preferences. It would be far better than zero. |

I'm currently staying with Firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit) until I find good substitutes for my favorite add-ons.
I have the latest Fireshot plugin 0.98.93 Windows 7 Pro SP1 (64 bit) Are you supporting the newer Firefox versions yet (the new API)? |
