Hi Fireshot Team,
I'm on a Help Desk, working with with several different teams who have the Fireshot pro browser extension. We have purchased different licenses for different teams but I've found in my audit that the installs were not logged/tracked and I believe the entire sheet is quite out of date. Upon trying a few different things, I found running a PS script and pulling the license key from regedit was the best option. However, this script doesn't tell me if Pro is actually being used or not. Just that the key may have been used in the past. Aside from documentation of our Fireshot license invoices and keys, I don't see a way to track this properly. Do you have a licensing portal that license purchasers can utilize? If not do you have a better indicator that I could utilize? |
