I purchased Fireshot Pro and I have been using successfully since installing on 6/23/2012. Two weeks ago, I started receiving a "InitXPCOM error: couldn't open library" whenever I try to execute a screen capture. I receive the error when I invoke a screen shot from the dropdown list on the Fireshot icon, and attempt any of the options on the list. Fireshot 0.98.17 is currently installed, running with Firefox 15.0.01, under Windows XP version 2002 SP3. Can you help me fix the problem? |

Can you please manually locate the library that could not be loaded? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Hi Dave. Try a system restore feature by Windows, it should move the settings back to where they were before. |

I was able to execute an uninistall, and then re-install of the purchased product, and it works fine now. Thanks for your help. |
