Images cut off when capturing whole page

I have an end user that has trouble capturing pages.
There's a product image on the page, but when capture, only about half of the image is captured. The rest of the page will capture fine, just the product image is cut off. When I do this from my PC, the image is fine. I'm not sure what setting somewhere is causing this? I have removed and reinstalled Fireshot, just in case that might help but it has not. We are using Chrome, also. |
