| Hello, I have Fireshot Pro and am not getting good results taking screenshots and saving to pdf. I have tried various settings. 90+% of the time, the screenshot image in pdf comes out so small it is impossible to read, or nearly so. Never comes close to filling the pdf. Could you please assist with guidance? The product is really not working acceptably for me and I'd appreciate your help. Btw this isn't intended to be a bug report, just a support request, and if this is posted in the wrong area on this support page then sorry and please tell me how/where to post support request.
