Hello - I just discovered the Screenshot plugin for Firefox and I love it! I have been playing around with the options and all works great except I don't understand the email part. When I click the mail icon, a box pops up that says to choose a profile. The existing one says Profile Name: Corel 8 Settings. I have no clue what that is telling me. If I try to create a new profile, I follow the prompts but in the end, get a message saying the .dll file for this service is either damaged or could not be found. In other words, I have no clue what I am doing. My default email is Incredimail. So, my question is, how do I get the mail button to take me to Incredimail?

Well, I've just installed the latest build of Incredimail (5673132). I've made it default (Tools->Options->General->Default Email Client), restarted Firefox and everything went OK. Are you sure the dialog belongs to Incredimail?

Glad to hear that, thanks :) Yes, this is my own project. Is there a mail list or something so we know when an update is available? Not yet. But FF does update checking automatically (check this at the preferences), so you don't worry about it :)

I don't think it belongs to Incredimail. The message pops up when I click on the Email button in Screenshot. It says exactly what I typed in my first post. It would be so nice to be able to use that feature. I have the latest version of Incredimail and it is set as my default email reader.

I think it might be working - I did a cold boot and that let me do a screenshot and click on the mail button. Now, when I do, a window pops up in Incredimail telling me that another application is trying to use my incredimail to send an email message in silent mode. It gives me a choice of show, send, or cancel. If I click on send, nothing happens. If I click on Show, I can see the graphic attached to an email and I can then enter an email address. Is this how it should work?

Thanks... if that's how it's supposed to work, then all is working fine. What an awesome little program that is!!! One more thing.. when screen shots are sent to Incredimail, they are sent in .png format. Can that be changed to send it as either .jpg or .gif? The reason I ask is because the attachment preview in IM does not display .png format, at least, not that I can see. I did check the options in IM but didn't see an option to allow previewing of .png files.

Great!! Are you the author of this one? I have to say, it's the most useful of all the FF plugins that I've used to date. I usually install them and remove them a few days later but this one is here to stay!! Is there a mail list or something so we know when an update is available?
