•Plugin version: FireShot 0.98.87
•OS type and version: MS Windows 7, English •Version of browser: Internet Explorer 11 •Steps to reproduce the bug: Start IE, hit FireShot button to capture and save, get pop up telling me Pro expired but Free version won't work at all •Webpage URL causing this problem: all After the 30 day trial period, FireShot stopped working in IE. Despite the site saying "The Pro Version features will be automatically turned off after the trial period runs out. This means that you will continue to use the program as free version." The free features are turned off too. I cannot find a place anywhere in settings to change to free. The landing page that pops up when I try to use the free version includes a box to acknowledge that Pro features aren't available until I upgrade, but it doesn't do anything or submit anywhere. Everytime I hit the FireShot button to try and capture I get pop ups directing me to buy. I cannot use the plugin anymore. |
