When FireFox is started for the first time, the blue FireShot icon does not display to the left of the pull down menu. If you pull down the menu using the arrow icon, and select [About] from the menu, the icon is displayed. The space for the icon is there (when it is not being displayed) with a skinny outline box, but no icon is present. It would be nice if this was cleaned up. |

I think this is because there is no space for the icon and browser is trying to minimize some icons. You can customize your panel manually so that FireShot icon is always displayed on the screen. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I am unable to see any way in FireFox to more explicitly force the icon to show up. It doesn't seem to me that FireFox is trying to eliminate icons, as no other icons/addons have this issue. The issue is still happening, and the "S" icon will always show up after selecting "About" from the dropdown menu that is accessed just to the right of where the icon should have been. The dropdown arrow for the FireShot menu always shows up, but the "S" icon doesn't show up. I am suspicious that it has something to do with the timing of the initialization of the program/addon in the startup sequence of FireFox, but don't know how to debug that further, etc. I would post a snapshot of the screen, but I can't see a way to do this here... |

If there is anything I can do to help debug what may be going on, I would be happy to submit any details that would be considered relevant. |

I think, the best way is to have a TeamViewer session. This software is free and this is the fastest way of solving the problems remotely. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
