Hi, First I'm sorry for my English language.
I found that FireShot (free version) not work properly with Firefox 4.0. FireShot don't capture flash element from many sites. In Firefox 3.x.x everything works fine. For example:

-  www.ramstudio.pl
* FireShot capture everything good on system: Firefox 3.6.16, windows 7 64bit, FireShot 0.88
* FireShot don't capture flash element/animation: Firefox 4.0, windows 7 64bit, FireShot 0.88

The same problem is on other sites:
www.waterlife.nfb.ca
www.okaydave.com

So one of may best Firefox Addon not work now, when I try to migrate to new version of Firefox.

Thanks for quick answer and update.
Now it works with the sites I mentioned previously but I found another set of sites where it doesn't work.

For example:
www.templatetuning.com/flash-templates-preview/32514.html

I've discovered one more thing which may help You. If I try options "Capture selected area and..." it also doesn't copy the flash element.

Of course, this bug affects only Firefox 4.0.
On Firefox 3.6.16 everything works perfect (I've tested it on Windows 7 64bit and Windows XP 32 bit
