I have tried reinstalling, restarting, etc. but to no success.
In short: FireShot on Internet Explorer 9 is making blank screenshots. Could it be related to the html5 support and video acceleration (e.g. usage of DirectX or something from the browser, which prevents fireshot from getting the screenshot)? |

Please provide additional info:
* Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45) * OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English) * What version of the browser (32-bit or 64-bit) is used? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

After investigation with FireShot developer, we found out that this problem is related to the Windows Vista theme.
So if any of you are experiencing simillar problem, the workaround, until fix is provided, is to change the theme back to windows classic, do the screenshot, and then switch back (if you want) to your original windows theme (Vista/Aero/etc.). |

Hi Zlatin, thanks for pointing at it here (almost forgotten to tell others about this workaround).
P.S. Still no luck in representing this case at my configuration, can you please provide me with the screenshot of your Vista's "about" dialog to get your build number and kind of package (Home, Pro, Ultimate, etc)? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
