Hi, I cannot find any contact information of the people behind the FireShot program so I am posting here in your forum instead. I apologize if this is not the appropriate section of the forum but there is no private messaging feature in your boards so I really have no choice but to ask it here.
I am writing to ask for a contact information. E-mail, IM or phone will do. My company would like to discuss business with anyone in charge of the sales for FireShot, if any. Looking forward for a response from anyone from the Admins. Thanks. |

I just purchased Firefox Pro today 12/26. The purchase payment is confrmed by my credit card provider. However, when making the purchase I never received any acknowledgement or further instructions on how to use the product. I was able to access this support opportunity, but see no way to contact anyone about my new subscription and how to access it. If anyone can direct me how to proceed I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. |
