Essential functionality removed since update (paid pro version)

Hello,
Since the last major update, it's no longer possible to save web pages as real PDFs, i.e. with vectorized text (i.e. with maximum quality independent of zoom).

Instead, you get clickable images where even the text is pixelated: this loss of quality is unacceptable!

Here's where your lack of professionalism comes into play:
- no communication from you on this loss of an essential feature (which differentiates saving in image format from saving in pdf format)
- for months, no response to my requests via your support e-mail, even though this is a major loss in my work. Today, I'm contacting you via this community forum. Tomorrow, without a reply from you, I'll be forced to listen to my communication outside the FireSpot user network.
This whole affair is all the more sad because up until now I've been very satisfied with your solution.

Hello. Can you please share an example of the PDF you mentioned? Just tested it with the latest version on Safari 17.0 on Ventura 13.6 without having any problems. Thank you.

Thank you for providing the sample. I checked it and found nothing wrong according to how FireShot saves PDFs - unfortunately pixelated PDFs is the only way to provide such functionality using APIs provided by browsers. The quality of the documents created by Safari is better because it uses internal private API, which is not available to us. The feeloing that the PDFs created by FireShot were not pixelated before is just a confusion, which is likely caused by a changed zoom factor you were using in your PDF viewer. The PDFs created by FireShot looks 100% crispy and equal to source pages only when they are being viewed at 100% zoom ratio. The other zoom factors will lead to pixelated look.
