When I try and use the "Capture selection / element..." selection, regardless of trying to copy to clipboard or print, etc., it simply copies the entire visable page. No matter what selection I make it just makes a full page copy. The selection tool never shows.
Version 1.12.18 (64 bit) Windows 11 Home Firefox Version 118.0 (64 bit) Restarted system, browser, uninstalled Fireshot, reinstalled Fireshot. This happens on every URL I have tried it on. Also, even tho my license is for Pro, it only shows up as the free version. Every time I have reinstalled it (system failures, etc) it has done this, then I have to call or go here to get it fixed. For at LEAST the last 2 years! |
