Hi there,
I've just purchased a license but when I tried to sign up to the forum with the same email address I used to purchase, it wouldn't let me. I was able to sign up to post this thread with a gmail address. I'm using a custom domain name to help filter spam. This is likely the cause of the issue, though I don't understand why I was able to purchase the license with that email but not sign up for the support forum. |
