This problem just started today: I take a screen capture and then when I try to use the save icon to save it, I get an error that says 3: Failed to get access to folder.
Thanks, Felicia |

Is there any additional info in this error dialog?
If yes, can you check, whether the path specified exists and it's writable? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
