I have sent 2 emails (to both this company, and the company that handled the billing) requesting a refund. I have not received a response. I also notice that there is no contact info easily found on this site; no email, no phone number.
You were quick to withdraw the money for the program, I expect it to be refunded in a timely manner as well. I am well within my 30 day money back guarantee time frame. |
