Entire website screenshot issue

Question

I love the Entire Page Capture and the normal efficiency of the interface but I've had some problems since the updates.

Fireshot Pro user:

Currently Using Fireshot Pro: version for internet explorer .0.96
Intenet Explorer: 9.0.3
Vista: Home Premium 2007, service pack 2, 64 bit

Worked fine for a while when I first purchased but lately (I assume after updates) the captures are all crazy...literally will have the capture be the previous website, not the current website. Or a flash ad will be the only thing showing, repeated over and over.

So I Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I get the current website but only with Capture Browser Window. Capture Visible Area and Capture Entire Page is white with no image or sometimes the first 400 px vertically is repeated over and over. Varies by the website

Process: Open Internet Explorer, go to a website, click Fireshot button, choose Capture Visible Area. Then: disappointment.

Any Suggestions?

Yes, the cause is the problem with the Aero Glass visual theme. I don't know why, but sometimes the combination of video driver + aero glass theme lead to this bug. Can you please tell what video card is used at your system?

What I did was uninstall and reinstall. That seemed to "fix" the issue. The issue was on vista. I did turn off the Aero Glass theme too around that time to make the OS less of a memory hog. Video card was a matrox - not sure which as it is now replaced anyway.
