Here is my information:
License Key: Owner Name:Gregory Cox , License Key:2HGI-MVPB-5HD6-LIP2-KJP4-(last 4 digits omitted) Plugin version (i.e. Screenshot Studio 1.9.94) OS type and version (Windows 7) Version of Firefox (N/A (screenshot studio, desktop version) Steps to reproduce the bug (open Screenshot Studio, get 'trial' version, enter license key - worked before, but not now. Weird.) Now, I have the Chrome version of Fireshot installed before installing Screenshot Studio, AND I did install the Firefox version of Fireshot before the problems began, but not RIGHT after I installed. Basically, installed Fireshot on Chrome about 3 months ago. Then, installed Screenshot Studio about 1 month ago. Entered license key, everything fine. Then, 3 weeks ago, installed Fireshot on FireFox, everything fine. Then, about 2 weeks ago, Screenshot Studio stopped working - asked for license key, again, and this time, it did NOT work. What am I doing wrong, if anything? G |
