Cannot capture pages, getting error: InitXPCOM error: Error: couldn't open library. How do I fix this? Thanks. |

I'm getting the same error:
InitXPCOM error: Error: couldn't open library Running Windows 7 I had the error with the last Firefox and I still have the error with Firefox 16.0.2 |
